- Acted as escalation point for complex production issues, analysing logs and running SQL diagnostics to minimise downtime.
- Provided Level-1 and Level-2 support for ERP users across finance, inventory and front-office, resolving configuration and data issues.
- Assisted with data migration (masters, opening balances) and UAT cycles during new ERP rollouts.
- Conducted on-site and remote training sessions to onboard new clients and reduce post-implementation support load.
- Managed day-to-day computer operations and data entry, ensuring accuracy of stock and billing records.
